RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Twisties Motorsports. Please review the following return requirements before sending an item back.
Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization from Twisties Motorsports.
Returned merchandise must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, hardware, and accessories included. Items showing signs of installation, use, damage, wear, modification, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error by Twisties Motorsports or an item received damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Twisties Motorsports is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain merchandise cannot be returned, including installed or used parts; electrical/electronic components once opened or installed; opened chemicals, fluids, lubricants or maintenance products; clearance or final-sale merchandise; personalized or custom items; and items specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Special-Order and Drop-Shipped Items
Special-order and supplier-direct/drop-shipped merchandise may be subject to additional return restrictions or may be non-returnable depending on the manufacturer's or distributor's return requirements. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about the return eligibility of a particular item.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact Twisties Motorsports promptly after delivery. Please retain the merchandise and all original packaging while we review the issue. We will provide instructions for resolving the problem.
Fitment
Customers are responsible for confirming that parts, accessories, apparel, and equipment are appropriate for their intended application before installation or use. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before ordering.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Pre-Owned Motorcycles
Motorcycle sales are separate from our standard merchandise return policy. Pre-owned motorcycle purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Twisties Motorsports.
